Terms of Use
The short version
- MyFitLife360 helps you log and understand your food, training, sleep and wellbeing. It’s information, not medical advice.
- AI estimates and answers can be wrong. Check anything that matters, and ask a professional about your health.
- Plus renews until you cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or your web subscription settings.
- Be kind to friends you connect with. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and MyFitLife360 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the MyFitLife360 apps, watch apps or website (together, “MyFitLife360”), you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MyFitLife360.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyFitLife360, and at least 16 to use Friends. If you’re under 18, use MyFitLife360 with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Health information, not medical advice
MyFitLife360 shows what you log, estimates (like calories, targets and personal records), insights and AI-written answers. All of it is general information for your own use, not medical, nutritional or fitness advice, diagnosis or treatment. Estimates are approximate and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, if you’re pregnant or nursing, or if you have a health condition, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
AI features
With your permission, MyFitLife360 uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to read what you type, say or photograph, answer questions, write your weekly review, suggest meal ideas and sort feedback, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI can misread things or make mistakes, so check what it logs and don’t rely on it for medical decisions. Free and Plus plans include a number of AI uses, shown in the app; we may change these limits and will show the current ones in the app.
MyFitLife360 Plus
Plus is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly by Apple, Google or, on the web, by our payment provider. The price and any free trial are shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store, Google Play or web subscription settings. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under the store’s or payment provider’s policies. We may change Plus features or prices; a price change applies from your next renewal, with notice as the store requires.
Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run MyFitLife360 for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve MyFitLife360 without owing you anything.
Friends and sharing
Friends is invite-only. The only words other people see are your name for friends and the names of workouts you share. Don’t use names or workout titles that are offensive, harassing or impersonate someone, and don’t use MyFitLife360 to pressure or contact people who don’t want it. You can mute, block or report anyone. We may pause someone’s sharing or close an account that breaks these rules.
Cards and giveaways
We sometimes show cards on the Today screen. A giveaway runs under its own Official Rules, linked from its card, which control if they differ from these terms. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any giveaway.
Using MyFitLife360 fairly
Don’t misuse MyFitLife360: no trying to access other people’s data, get around limits, overload or attack our services, scrape or copy the app, or use it for anything unlawful. Food, exercise and other reference information comes partly from public sources (like USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts) and may contain errors.
Apps and services from others
MyFitLife360 works with services we don’t control, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, the App Store, Google Play, and sign-in with Apple or Google. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Apple and Google are not responsible for MyFitLife360 or for supporting it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or at myfitlife360.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why where we can.
Disclaimers and limits
MyFitLife360 is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome from acting on information in the app. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us for MyFitLife360 in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven’t paid anything. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app before they take effect. Keeping on using MyFitLife360 after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where MyFitLife360 is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
