Signing in

MyFitLife360 uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, so there’s no password to remember. Use the same one each time. If you chose “Hide My Email” with Apple, sign in with Apple again: signing in with Google uses a different email address and starts a new, empty account.

Using MyFitLife360 on more than one device

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on your iPhone, Android phone or at app.myfitlife360.com, and your entries sync between them. Logging works without a connection: entries are saved on your device and sync when you’re back online. To check, open the ☰ menu → Settings → Sync.

Cycle and sexual health entries are the exception. They stay on the phone where you logged them and are never synced, so they won’t appear on the web or another phone.

Apple Health and Health Connect

MyFitLife360 can read steps, workouts, weight, sleep and more from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). It never writes to them. Turn it on in Settings → Apple Health (or Health Connect) → Connect.

If nothing comes in, check the permissions:

New data is imported when you open the app.

Notifications and reminders

Choose which notifications you get in Settings → Notifications. Times for each reminder are set in the ☰ menu → Reminders. If notifications don’t arrive, make sure they’re allowed for MyFitLife360 in your phone’s own settings. MyFitLife360 doesn’t send notifications late at night.
