Each consultation includes a complimentary fitness assessment that includes: 

  •  Height/Weight Measurements
  •  BMI (Body Mass Index)
  •  Body fat percentages
  •  Health Screening
  •  Strength and Muscular Endurance Test
  •  Nutritional Evaluation
  •  Goal Setting

Weight Loss

Regular exercise is an important part of effective weight loss. It helps to control your weight by using excess calories that otherwise would be stored as fat as well as boosting your metabolism and lowering insulin levels.  Doing this along can seem uneasy and discouraging, as a trainer I can provide a specialized program tailored to suit your individual needs.

Strength Training

Programs can be prescribed for muscle gains, muscle strength, or just maintaining.  A detailed exercise program will be tailored to your needs which may include strength training and resistance training.

Nutrition Consult

We will evaluate and offer guidance as well as advice on your nutrition plan. You will also receive suggested ways to incorporate healthy meal planning.

Group Training

Fitness /Group Classes
At FitLife 360 we like to incorporate a variety of training modalities.  Theses classes have been formatted to use your own body weight which allows the classes to be conducted mostly anywhere! The classes are:
         Circuit Training

    Cardio Kickboxing

       Boot Camp

      Ab Blaster

Each session will provide you with proper techniques and a full workout for your specialized exercise program in your choice of setting.
